All-Day Yoga Retreat
Limited Capacity seats available

Over the course of the day, we'll start by slowly opening you up. Then we will heat you up with asana, and finally cool you down with restoratives, pranayama, and meditation, leaving you wrung out, happy, and relaxed as if you had been on a weeklong retreat. Through our practice, we'll enhance the natural rhythms of our bodies while learning how to listen to our bodies and release tension and restlessness so that we can be present for our lives with vigor and relaxation.
