Sitting at your desk for long periods wreaks havoc on your body. Although long periods of desk-dwelling is unavoidable for many, reversing the negative effects of prolonged sitting is possible. This class focuses on the three things that desk dwellers need most: Hip strength and flexibility, spinal alignment and core strength, and chest opening. You’ll move, breath, and reclaim your postural health.
