Keep your hips and spine healthy, strong, and mobile with this complete vinyasa practice. This practice will balance strength and flexibility in your hips and take your spine through all of its motions—forward bends, backbends, twists, and side bends. You’ll learn how to keep your lower back and sacroiliac joint safe by moving the pelvis and spine together in all of your poses. Since this is a complete practice, you’ll also have plenty of time to address the other parts of your body, including your shoulders and core.
