No two bodies on earth are alike, yet we sometimes get the message that yoga is only for certain shapes and sizes. Come explore yoga as the art form and tool it truly is, from all levels and angles. In a supportive, noncompetitive environment, learn the foundation of a solid practice through alignment, core awareness, and breathing techniques, including the basic principles of Sun Salutations A and B and how that foundation is the cornerstone of every vinyasa practice. Through patience, compassion, and awareness, we'll discover how yoga truly comes from the inside out. Asana, discussion, and demonstration. All levels welcome.
